
One of the challenges of grilling fish is putting the delicate meat to the intense flame. Fish can flake apart of burn easily. This easy method of grilling salmon adds a lot of flavor and makes grilling a nice salmon fillet. Take a fennel bulb, tops includes. Soak it is cold water for about an hour.
