I had the need for about 20 Tandoori
Chicken Legs. Of course the only way to cook these up was over charcoal. I arranged them with the thickest part of the drumstick towards the center to prevent the bone ends from burning and to get them cooked evenly. Consider this a quick tip: Turn the thickest part of whatever you are cooking towards the hottest part of your grill. And while my Big Green Egg
may not be a tandoor, it is pretty close.
