Grilling Corned Beef

While it might not be as traditional as you thought, corned beef is a great grill whether it’s St. Patrick’s Day or not. Soak it first to get the salt from the meat. Season with a traditional blend of spices. Grill over a low heat for a couple of hours. Baste with a salt free mixture to keep it moist and then eat.
