Today I am off to judge the Salt Lake City, Rock N Ribs Festival at the Gallivan Center. This is a KCBS event so I get to wear my really pretty blue shirt. It was at this event last year that I sat next to a guy who spent the entire judging period complaining that he didn't get to take leftovers from the table home. Some people just don't get it. Judging isn't about eating, its about judging.
Anyway, enough ranting. If you find yourself in Salt Lake this Saturday (8/25/07) drop by and get some barbecue and have a great time. There is a "buck a cup" MDA fund raiser that will let you buy real competition barbecue (pork) and a dollar. I hope to see you there.
