
Weber and their favorite chef, Jamie Purviance, have teamed up for another grilling cookbook, this time focusing on charcoal. Weber's GrillWatch survey shows that more and more people are taking up authentic charcoal grilling. Typical of grilling books this one has a mixture of recipes and techniques for cooking. What makes this book great is the indepth look it takes at charcoal and real fire cooking. Where most of these books tend to gloss over the art of grilling, "Weber's Charcoal Grilling" gives real, useful information. If you are new to charcoal and charcoal grills this is the perfect book for you. This is one of the more useful grilling books to hit shelves in years and is a must for the person who (like more and more people) wants to get the better flavor and experience of charcoal cooking.

I’ve been using the Weber for many years. This year the wife surprised me with a Weber Performer, oh man! It’s a thing of beauty in my yard! I’ve alreay done, ribs, jerk pork and chicken. Steaks in the iron skillet on the coals is beyond description!Easter is a smoke/roasted turkey. For all of you who went to gas for the convenience, it’s time to come home. Yes, it does taste better on coal!
