Tonight we tried your grilled stuffed peachs. I had to substitute a frozen berry mixture for all blueberries (the store was out), and since two of us are diabetic, substituted Splenda’s brown sugar. Once out of the grill, we put the peach and mixture in a bowl with a scoop of french vanilla ice cream. We’ve just found our new favorite desert! Thanks so much for letting us know about it.
