I sent Steve Barker of Muscle Car BBQ Grills nearly $4000.00 for a grill he promised to deliver within 3-4 weeks. That was over 3 months ago and he still won’t deliver or give me a refund.
We sent Steve Barker $3,370 in Dec. 2006. 6 months ago…NO GRILL…NO REFUND!
Steve ripped me off for 3500.00, payed and never received anything. The Ohio attorney general is very interested in him. the Cleveland investigator on the case is Greg Benedict, 216-787-3030 . All concerned parties are urged to come forward to help with the lawsuit against Steve Barker.
