My Jenn Air Grill burst into flames, engulfing the entire grill in fire. Luckily, I shut off the gas line and had a hose handy.
I Bought one of these from Costco in mid ‘05 and have pretty much been happy. All 4 burners have just rusted out. I got lucky and still had the original manual that tells of a 5 year warranty on the burners!!! While $19.95 for shipping and handling beats the $35ea (x4) replacement cost (yikes!) it’s now about a 4-6 week backorder wait time - If I’m lucky I can BBQ by this winter.
