"What would be the best way to keep burgers, dogs, & chicken warm and moist during a backyard bbq? I'm having a lot of people for a party this summer and I'd like to precook the food and just throw it back on the grill to heat up as people come up for food. I'm sure your answers will be to use a chafing dish, but won't that dry everything out?"

This is not a secret. You can cook hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken, etc hours ahead of time. When finished wrap in foil and place in a cooler. The meat will remain hot(I mean hot)for hours without losing it’s flavor.
