Infra Sonic "pops"

"I bought an Infra Sonic portable irfared grill. After a few minutes of working great it makes a loud pop, almost an explosion, then turns into a blow torch. They have sent me 3 new regulators but all did the same thing. I have realigned the infrared box as instructed, but still get an explosion. Is this from too much propane or too much air?"

I have been down the same road. I love the grill but it seems to have a problem with burning correctly after use. I have returned 1 grill already and am frustrated by my 2nd. Have you had any success with a cure for your problem?
I have had one of these grills for 3 years and have NEVER had this problem. It is great and works very well…….you must be doing something wrong or have something installed wrong. Check our the prices on other Infra-fed grills…….especially the REAL infra red grills……At least $3000.00. I do recommend seeking out the hose that attaches this grill to a regular propane tank…..they are available …I got one on Ebay. for about $20.00
