Turkey Fryers

That time is coming around again, time for . I was hoping that I could get some personal experiences with various turkey fryer solutions. There is getting to be a lot of equipment out there for this and, well, it’s a lot to get through. So if you are a fryer of turkeys (or other large things) let me know what you use and how it works for you. I realize that for most people the propane burner and stock pot is the way to go, there are not a lot of other kinds of equipment out there and to be honest I haven’t had a lot of time to get through them all yet. So tell me what you think is the best way to go.
