Can someone with a costco grill answer?

"Can anyone with either the Kirkland signature or the older virco classic answer a question for me? My question is about the tool hanger. I know it's basically a long hollow square tube with holes for the S-hooks. My question is this, how is the long hollow square tube mounted to the grill. Is it mounted by screws?
