Finding the Best Meat for Barbecuing

"I wasn't sure were to put this so I figured I would stick it under a popular disscussion topic in the hopes that you barbecue guru's would see it.

I have read many threads where people stress the importance of the quality meat used to make great barbecue. It seems very important to get pork or beef that has a good layer of fat to help render the meat tender during the cooking process. Now, I live just outside of Pittsburgh, PA which is not anywhere near barbecue country so most meats around here are well trimmed. I have made some good barbecue in my fledgling years but I think my barbecue could be even more tender! So, if I am ever going to compete on the barbecue circuit someday I will need your help! lol I really don't have the room to start growing my own livestock. lol

So my question... Do any of you know where I can purchase meats specifically cut for barbecueing?"
