For best results? Weber or VC?

"Hi, I've seen lots of information in these forums comparing grill construction and features but not as much information on how cooked food compares from one grill versus another. I realise this is a subjective issue, but does the price delta really just cover the grill itself, or does a higher end unit provide discernibly better results? In my experience a convection oven produces consistently better results than a conventional oven. Is there a consistent difference between grills?

I'm considering either a natural gas VC 600BSPC, Weber Summit Gold B6, or the Summit Platinum D6. From a results standpoint would I notice a difference between the Weber's?, and then same question again vs. the VC? (I realise the B6 doesn't have a rotisserie, this is not a priority for me)."
