Whats best cleaning methods for SS grill

Monday April 18, 2005
Sonny73 (Sonny732) Writes:

"I was wondering what the best methods for cleaning ss grates are (when and with what). I assume soft cloth with mild soap and water?? Also what is the best way to clean the ss cabinet?? I still have tape glue/stickiness on my cabinet from the shipping tape that I haven't gotten around to removing totally quite yet. Will soap and water do the trick?? I think I read somewhere vinegar or club soda works well too?? I'm thinking perhaps just some ss cleaner at the local hardware store too."

Sheila Shine works well to clean the exterior SS. WD-40 will get the tape and glue off the surface. Oven cleaner will work on the grates.
