Recommend Grill Equipment for Restaurant

Monday January 31, 2005
Shokat (Shokat1) Writes:

"Can you please recommend any grills for a new restaurant concept. The idea is to offer a menu based around meat, chicken and fish - all grilled. The ambiance is to encourage customers to be part of the experience of seeing their food grilled infront of them. The grills therefore need to be both functionally robust and suitable for long continues use, quick to cook the food, and look slick and stylish."

I would recommend you think about a wood burning charbroiler. This would give you a variety of options and temperature settings also allowing for flavoring from the varied woods you might burn.
