"I am entering a cookoff this july and I usually fix ribs which I will do again this year to. But to be elgible for grand champion you must fix chicken also
I placed 2nd last year in ribs what I need is some advice on fixing chicken on a smoker I use the 3-2-1 method for my ribs works great. any help would be appreciated."
