Where does the grease GO

Pierlis Writes:

"I had a basic Char Broil gas grill for years. When I needed to replace it I bought another basic Char Broil grill. Really neat..stainless steel, no briquets, etc. SURPRISE. All the juices and grease went right on to my deck (yes I had the little can in place.) My Char Broil went back after Char Broil told me to trim the fat. ( I was grilling fish). When I started looking at other grills, I notice most of them had similar holes in the bottom and relied on small drip pans, that most likely need to be changed or cleaned everytime you grill.

My questions;

What brand of grill should I look for. My price range is under$500 and since I live alone and frequently grill one serving of fish or meat, I don't want a mega grill.

I saw a 2 burner Cook-on that really looks good. It has a large drip pan as well as briquets. Cast Iron burners and grill, $300. Would that be a choice. Who are their competetors."
