Beef Ribs

"Over the past several years my friends and I travel to Atlanta for some Braves baseball. Each trip includes a stop to the Rib Ranch in Buckhead. This was my first experience with Texas style, and most importantly Texas size, beef ribs. A small order is one rib, which we have affectionately dubbed a "Brontosaurus" rib, and is a full meal in itself. My question is simply this--where can I buy these uncooked ribs and have them shipped to me. A year is a long time to wait."
