I need recipes

"Hi Everybody! I bought one of those turkey fryers(love it). I was wondering about frying other things besides turkey in it. My fryer manual says to never let the oil get hotter than 350 degrees. Most deep frying recipes call for oil thats well over that temperature.

So,do any of you have any good recipes for frying in a turkey fryer? It can be any kind of foods. Thanks so much!!!"
