Can I freeze pork after brining?

Sunday October 26, 2003
MARI3469 Writes:

"I was watching a cooking show that was talking about brining. I would really like to try it because I don't cook pork a lot because it usually comes out dry. Can I brine the pork and then freeze it for future use or does it need to be brined right before it is to be cooked?"
