Problem with water smoker

Thursday October 9, 2003
CONNERCE Writes:

"I've used this smoker to smoke pork butt, and it came out alright. Now when I try and do ribs, I smoke them at around 220-225 degrees for 7-8 hours. But they are never done, and they're kinda dry on the outside. What do I need to do, smoke longer, wrap them in foil? Please Help."
