Hi, my name is Jose, and i was just reading your article in regards to a smoker grill. i happened to of built one of my own because i wanted all of the simpleness of grilling abd smoking in one. that is to say that it is a two piece unit that comes together to let me smoke what i want and apart to let me grill. i have also included a feature to let me add or subtract cooking surfaces on the grill, so i can grill large pieces of meat and be able to close the lid for a more controled temperature of course there is more to it than that but the whole idea came to me because i live in an apartment and i wanted to be able to store my equipment when it was,ent in use.i would like to see this new smoker grill the when i built is an upright grill with a horozontal smoker both in a cylindercal shape it works great i love it. please get back on this subject very intrested…
