THANK YOU!

PAINPRNCIS Writes:

"To all 4 of you who answered me--thank you so much! My grill is a Fiesta grill--with 2 sides to my grill--so I am going to try the suggestion of cooking on the unlit side. It made my day to read the responses--I love most of the people on the net--and especially love people who love to grill. Right now I am starting to collect books on grilling--getting Steven Raichlens book--and the Weber book on grilling--have Al Rokers book already! Am I hooked or what? I watch the Food Channel a lot---also love Americas Test Kitchen show. I will be reading this forum with great interest---and now that I have a grill--boy would I love a smoker! I can smell the ribs in my head! I had imagined that doing ribs the right way would be almost impossible on a gas grill--I probably would end up spending all my money on propane! But--I am sure there are great recipes for ribs on a gas grill until I get a smoker and hide it in the corner of my terrace--and hope my neighbors wont cause a problem for me when they smell my ribs cooking for 8 hours! Thanks again, keep your grills going--and have a wonderful summer to all! Diane"
