"I know that parboiling ribs makes them tender, but I am not sure how to do it. Does anybody know the secret?"
Pretty simple. Submerge meat in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
A word to the wise….don’t do it. It speeds up the cooking time (grilling, broiling, etc), reduces fat and, in my opinion, makes the meat a bit more tender but it really robs the meat of it’s natural flavor. Take the extra time to slow cook the meat instead….same result with more flavor
