Bought New Grill, Have 2 Full Old Tanks

"I bought a new gas grill which came with the new style tanks. The problem is that I have 2 full old style tanks. I know I can trade these in at Home Depot for new tanks once they're empty. Is there an inexpensive adapter I can buy so that I can use up the propane in these two old tanks before I trade them in? If so, does anyone know where I can buy it?"
