"Does anyone have any good recipes for BBQ Beef Ribs? I have tried several times to cook beef ribs but have never had any luck. They usually turn out tough and stringy. I have eaten beef ribs that were so great and almost falling off the bone. What is the secret?"

My father used to make the kind of beef ribs that “fell off the bone”. In fact, I cannot eat anyone’s beef ribs but his and mine. His secret: do not put them directly on the grill. Boil them first and then put them on the grill with your choice of sauce to finish cooking.
