Please Buffalo Me!
"I picked up some ground Buffalo meat yesterday at Trader Joe's. Does anyone have experience with this stuff? I hear it is sweeter, but leaner, than beef. Should I cook it "Naked" (IE no marinades or anything far out)? or should I just substitute it for beef in one of my existing recipes (I have a grilling book that was a Xmas present that I am slowly working my way through)?"

I do only cook it naked & only use a little mustard to “dress it up”!
you can use it in place of ground beef!
I just adore the taste!
