Any marinade with either, Papaya, Pineapple or Kiwi fruit will turn the most stubborn meat into first class tender meat.
Marinade I use is as follows:
Place into blender the following ingredients:
- 1 kiwi fruit (skin off)
- 1 onion
- 2 or 3 garlic gloves (or spoonful of chopped garlic)
- vinegar
- 100mi of soy sauce
- sesame seed oil 50ml
Blend…
Pour and mix into steak, either in plastic sealed container or zip lock plastic bag. 2-3 hrs should suffice.
